All of mine went in the freezer this year except for 3... I'm determined to improve their type and structure and culling deep seems to be the only way.

If anybody is looking for some lovely drakes to decorate a pond, let me know. I have three, could bargain or trade something on them. One pure WH and two Welsh x Anconas. Just too many boys here.

Anyone have a run on a concrete slab? What do you put on top of the concrete? How do you keep it in? How do you like it???

I have never had one mine always likes scratching the dirt after they wore the grass out.

Mine do, too, but these rats and possums are driving me and the dogs nuts and the dogs being driven nuts is also driving me nuts!!! I'm also concerned that they will get my birds sick. I'm not sure what else to do.

Do you have any cats out there with the chickens? I always had a good mouser around my coop is different now I will have to settle with a couple of good ole outside cats

I don't. My dogs are fine with cats in the house but they want to murder them if they are outside, even cats they know. I think they think they are possums if they are outdoors, which I've encouraged them to kill.

Connie good to see you today! I hope you have a great hatch! sorry we had to cut it shorter. still didn't get as much cleaning done as I wanted but did clean 9 pens in the shop. a few more tomorrow and I will be happy.
