i have no clue. Im pretty new to chickens. I had my 7 RIR hens first and I thought Peep (my roo) was pretty and he needed a home (got him from Craigslist) so I took him in and let them make me some cute babies.

Honestly not even sure exactly what a sex-link is?

Thats a little confusing but from what I gather either the girls or my roo should be a silver variety to get sex-links?

The barring pattern is also sex-linked. As adults the bars on a hen are double wide (2 genes) on the roos, single wide (1 gene). As babies it causes the males (?Correct me someone if my dyslexia has struck again) to have a spot of white on their head.
