I am looking for Turkey eggs for hatching. I would like 6 of any of the following breeds: Royal Palm, Bourbon Red or Sweet Grass.

I got pics today!! I got the blue hens from DMRippy and they love it here and I'm glad I got then I just put then in the breeding pen with the red roo and am gonna try to get some pure english chicks to bad they won't be pure colour and pure english

What would that make? I am think blue and black with red leakage? Glad you like them. Now if I could just sell the rest of the BLACKS! I need the pen space.....

That's what I'm thinking it's gonna make!! I'll post pics of chicks and I'm gonna grow some of his birds too!! Lol we all need pen space!!

Just read an article on salmonella and live poultry…..there are 5 cases in Tennessee and in all cases multi statewide the chicks had come from Mt. Healthy Hatcheries in Ohio….hadn't heard of them before this but if you have any chicks you ordered from here be careful

Wow….I had no idea. I got my first 2 from the co-op but never got any from Tractor Supply. I was weird, I was in there earlier in the spring and saw their chicks and Hudson wanted one, but they just didn't look right. The kids that works in there whispered to me…..I wouldn't get one of those if I were you, they have been dying off like crazy….which has no connection to salmonella but still after that I don't think I'll be getting any from there EVER!

Crap TSC is where all my chicks came from this year. What do I do if anything? They should start to lay in another 3 weeks or so. Is there anything specific I should be watching for?

I have 3 buff orpington hens for sale!! $15 a peice and I also have 5 black english orp for sale almost 3 months they will be 3 months in 16 days and they can go at the right price I dont NEED them gone so no low ball prices! Thanks
