We had to go to TSC today to get feed for the chickens and found that great deal on suet! No, it's not for wild birds! It's for my chickens!

Suet is an excellent source of Protein and if you are trying to plump up your birds for poultry shows suet is a perfect treat for them!

Mine love the peanut butter suet blocks but I also got them a meal worm suet block for them to try!

Anyone interested in ordering from a Hatchery .. I want some chicks but don't need 15 so looking for someone to split the order with me. perferably a hatchery that we both can get what we want?

silver wyandottes I would like a roo and about 7 pullets
I don't know of anyone with SLW, well I have them but in the 2 years I have had them I could never fill that order. I am lucky to just replace my flock.

What is the latest I could have new chicks and still put them outside before winter hits? I have had the worst luck with getting cockerels around here. I'm still trying to build up breeding stock. I would really like to have pullets old enough to breed next year, but not at this rate. Between having to sell off cockerels down to the best and relegating several pullets to the egg layer pen, I'm going to need some new babies around here.
