Hey everyone! We went to the Wilson co. Fair the other week and my husband saw some polish chickens. And now he wants one! Amazing seeing that he hasn't been interested in chickens at all! So I've been looking for a polish pullet. I am not wanting to deal with chicks, so would need one at least 14 wks old. Anyone on here able to help me out? Willing to pay a little money for one. Thanks!

We have just a few of our 2014 breeding hens and roos (Polish ) left to sell....2 splash (white w/blue spots), 1 Gold Laced, 1 White Crested Blue, and several frizzled Polish (blue, black and silver laced, I think, all the frizzled are moulting right now, as are the smooth splash hens) $15 for smooth hens, $20 for frizzled hens, $20 for frizzled roos, $5 for smooth roos. All birds were vaccinated for Marek's, dewormed monthly, and most are a little over a year old. All hens are laying. www.goldengaitsfarm.net I also have a batch of eggs hatching in the next two days that will have Polish, Silkie and Welsummers.

What beautiful birds! I believe your facility would be around a 2 hour drive for me... I would love a couple of them. But at the moment I am in contact with someone closer. We live in Portland. If I dont like the chickens or it just doesn't work out, maybe I could make the trip there...

I had to take the eggs away from my broody after one exploded on her. She wanted them so bad she wouldn't kick the bad ones out. I washed them in bleach water and put them in the incubator. Had 2 more explode and pitched two stinky ones that didn't. But I got 4 to hatch!



One looks like it is a black. One looks like a blue. Then there are the two light chipmunks. All seem to be sprouting wing feathers. Maybe I got all girls.

Would rather have some that are laying or about to start but will do the hatching eggs if I cant find any layers. Im in the southern mid TN area. Thanks for any help!!

sorry I sold my leghorns years ago.they layed well but only in summer,were messy, skittish, loud,dug huge holes in the yard hahaha didn't care for the breed....maybe was it just my flock? hahaha any one else have better luck with leghorns?

I have to say the rooster was very pretty....aggressive to people but gentle on his hens.We called him Foghorn

I have some on CL. A few that are about 5 months old and near POL. I also have a few that are about 2 months old and maybe a few in the middle. I am starting to hatch some more but suddenly the eggs are clear. I have some new pullets that just started to lay (not for sale) and I will be setting them up in a pen soon. PM me if you want more info.

I don't know if I have 5 that age now. I have sold 1-2 I think. I do have some younger ones like I said.

I have some Millie Fluer Leghorns not White but Leghorns and very pretty!
