I could tell my roos 5 out of 6 at 2 weeks and I didn't now anything about chickens. So soon enough it will be obvious, but I think she is right. Trisha will you do that for my 26 babies and the 14 coming????
I don't even know what is what in that box! Some are labeled some I just don't know!!! I have 6 Barred rocks and 2 barred EE and only two have spots and both are roos (one blue
and one black)!!!! Why no spots?? The barred rock roo would make all the babies barred right? I have 10 more BR and 4 Barred EE in the bator now we will see what pops out this time from the same parings. Only Roos I promise!!!!
I was going by the shape of their faces so I could be totally off but I have fun guessing either way. I wish I could do that with the silkies. Man they are hard.
Donna I almost hate to ask but how is the chick? Of the 7 I hatched a few days ago all are growing fine as well at the ones at my friends house. I do think the turken in them helps. I hope the hens outside do as well hatching them, since this is the first time they have had eggs and not golf balls.
Lori I hope we have more babies and I am so excited to see my new little ones. I had almost forgot how much fun babies are. I could watch them all day long.
Connie I look forward to showing against you. You should come here sometime and I will show you how I get mine ready. And I may even slip you a few hints. Either way I look forward to whooping your butt. hahah
