I did! I was going to message you, a friend stopped by wanting me to try to hatch eggs for her and looked at the dottes, she wants eggs now.. LOL!
Thanks so much, Okla. Had my curious lil Giant chevking it out. Thank goodness they are not sleeping on it. Lol! The silver laces found their way into the top of the a-frame. One night of putting them up there, they found out that is where they are soposed to sleep. Lol!

I think those will be big enough. A hen will squirm into a small place when she wants to lay! If you decide to hatch again I have a bunch of eggs. I'l raise whatever hatches of mi e so you won't have to deal with so many chicks. I will also pay you for hatching them,that way mom won't bout the cost of electric for nothing.

Got the tin on the pen and roost put in,just needs th wire,I'll have to wait till after Christmas to get that. Now I just have keep telling my self that it's for sale not to keep! Lol

I got my first Leghorn egg!!!!!

It was huge

Going in the incubator Friday or Saturday. She is in with my EE roo so SUPER BLUE EGG LAYERS

Got tons done today... I was even surprised. Biggest thing was got a rain barrel set up at the breeding pens just in the nick of time. Was not looking forward to hauling water to the back.

My new Ameraucanas have even figured out the nipples

) to pick up and I am DONE! NO more EVER... until I get some hatching eggs for SLW.

Pray for my poor hubby. He got the WORST case of Vertigo on the way home. He has been so sick

Pale, cold, and is just afraid to move. He spent the first part of the night on the front porch puking, then we got him in the shower, more puking, he has been in bed every since. Didn't even get to play with the babies. Usually he has a cast iron stomach... nothing bothers him. It has been 3 years or so since his last attach. But nothing like this.

12/05/11 and I will be taking pictures tonight. It is dark when I get home so everything is ultimate flash in the barn. I'll try and get some good ones over the weekend in natural light as well.

Rabbits don't need a friend.A buck can't have any playmates unless you want lots of bunnies

He would fight with another buck.Now,in seperate cages they do seem to enjoy some interaction with their own.He will be fine alone though as long as he gets his people time.Now,if you want a baby bunny I'm running out fast
