https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/homemade-incubatoregg-turner They made a typo when they converted to the new site. I am building a new HUGE incubator now and will start another thread and pages. Here is where we are now. We had some issues with the motor not pulling the weight so we had to get another one and will try to get it mounted and operating today. We are going to use flexwatt as the major heat source this time. No blown bulbs with this one

All the wood in this so far is free with pallets. I did buy 2 sheets of plywood for the outside.

That is what I said when hubby told me what size to make it. I had to talk him down to that number cuz that was all the egg trays I ordered.

Every thing I have available is one way or another toxic. What about pvc pipes and a ball valve, like you turn the toilet water off with.

Someone replied after you and I think I am going to try it. I have the tubing and a clamp and think it will work. I wanted something that would fill like the chick waterers when it gets low. That reminds me, I need to take that to the shop tomorrow. We had to build a platform for the new motor and I will just put the 3 gal or 5 gal bucket there. Tomorrow we will build the walls finally

we can test for temps tomorrow.
