The Middle Tennessee Thread

I just wanted to remind everyone about the show in Cookeville tommorrow at the fairground. They are always a lot of fun. A great place to find and sell birds. A great place to meet breeders. It is only $5.00 to sell outside. I hope to see everyone there.

Do you have any of these chickens available or have any leads or suggestions of where to find some? I live in northern AL.
 
StacyTN you've given me hope. My eldest birds were June babies....lots of bright red combs and not an egg YET!!! Killin me. Really hoping they don't just bypass winter and not start till spring!

My newest pullets have been with us a good 2 months and are about 5-6 months old....I was told one was already laying when we got them, we were so excited.....my other three had been laying one a day for a few months, when the new ones came 2 of them stopped completely...so out of five I have 1 that is laying, my maran and she lays everyday......frustrating.
 
Checked your website out country,its pretty nice. Those chocolates sure look pretty. What all do you have now. I hope to be able to get me some new birds by the end of the year.Working on a pen right now.
