I am from the E. TN Thread but our thread has been closed and was wondering if it would be okay for me to come over here? 

If it helps any I have family in the Nashville area but I am east of Knoxville.  I am threadless and was looking for a place to hang out and post.  thanks

hope everyone had a nice weekend. We had more snow this morning but it didn't last long.

I finally managed to get the big door on my coop open (it was swollen from the wet weather) and cleaned it out today. I am sure the chickens appreciate fresh bedding.

I have also been checking to see if my oldest blue cockerel is "doing" his job. It appears he is for most of the girls.

Anyone know of someone selling duck eggs for eating?  Nashville or dickson area?

I have 2 ducks that have just begun to lay. I will let you know when I have a half of a dozen or so saved up. I can drop them off.
