I have 5 barred rock hens i got them 4 or 5 weeks ago the day i got them one of them lay a egg , bad thing is they have not lay a egg since can someone tell me what i need to do, or try Thanks Quilpybrock

I think i would just eat em ..

One thing to look for roos hackle and saddles will be POINTED feathers not round like the rest of the feathers. Hens don't have pointy feathers anywhere.

I will check but I believe we only have black, blue and maybe a grey at that age. I will check

We are hoping for some of the lighter colors. We have five birds, four of which are dark to black. The one in my avatar kind of stands out. She's curly feathered and white. Technically I guess she's a paint. She has one black feather on her back. We are hoping to find a few more that are closer to her either in color or feather style. If you happen to find something in your pens let me know. We'd really rather find them on the boards here.

I don't see a pea comb. If we don't sell it I will grow it out and see what she produces (if she is a she!)
