I saw that on another thread and was really thinking of trying it out. was a bit worried about the food in the corners.....might mold around here. I use 4 inch PVC pipe and feed gets in the corners and molds in those. I have to clean them out every few weeks. I would think with that feeder the feed would really only fall near the hole and would have to be emptied regularly to keep the feed fresh. let me know how that works for you.I have the best neighbors ever! First off, I live in East Nashville, very close to downtown, and they enjoy hearing my rooster. Second, they save their fruit and veggie scraps for my birds. I came home yesterday and there were watermelon rinds picked clean in each of my two runs. And now third, one of my neighbors saw a video on five gallon bucket/PVC chicken feeders and has built me one and working on the second one now. Who could ask for more???
My birds love it and there's a lot less waste and, best part, they can't poop in it!!!

Do you have any ameraucana chicks available?
I need a chick mate for my only chick that doesn't have a broody hen over her. She's about 4 wks old. I was told she was a bantam but if so she's a big one! I'm looking for a couple of very sweet LF chicks around 3-4 wks that can blend in with my mixed bantam flock preferably a pullet if its a breed that can be sexed at that age.
If anyone else has any chicks that might work please let me know. My son really wants a white ameraucana but I'm open to other suggestions. I don't want a lonely chick.
Thanks!
Also need to rehome some very tame roosters. One is silkie polish cross and the other is silkie OEGB cross. Both very pretty but just started crowing (6-7 months old) and trying to keep the neighbors happy. Free to good home.

Just my oppinion but don't order from there. I looked for Saxony for over a year before I got mine. I have Ancona and Saxony. I love both breeds dearly. I will have more ducklings in a few weeks if you are interested. I have some already spokens for. I come to Nashville often. PM me if you have any questionsWho was it that was looking for Saxony Ducks? I found that Sandhill Preservation has them that can be ordered as day old ducklings.
