I have 2 roos and 4 pullets (not hens) and some are laying but all are the same age so if not laying now will be soon. No buffs.... Just Eng Blue Black Choc Mauve and Jubilee (soon) some projects too.
If you want to get rid of the Jubilee they have a home here… I can't hatch them fast enough even with six hens/pullets laying.

I'm considering hatching out eggs for the first time. Does anyone have dark brown layer hatching eggs for sale locally? Blue laced red wyandottes?

I'm in murfreesboro.

If I were hoping for 4 pullets ideally, how many eggs would you set? I'd use a small Brinsea (which ever one can handle the number of eggs I'd need)

Not allowed to have roosters, what do you all do with yours? That's the thing that's kept me from incubating.

Thanks all!
(I am flexible on breeds. Want good layers, brown and dark brown eggs)

They look fat and sassy!

Sassy is a good word to describe those two!

I sent you a message about hatching eggs.

Normally hatch is 50/50 with some variance. So I would hatch 10 eggs.

Sorry we have dark brown egg layers but we are in East TN

I have a lighter brown egg layer but willing to sell some of the eggs. Only thing is they will be crosses with a GLW. Still brown eggs but definitely only pet quality offspring. I usually just sell them as eating eggs.
