The Middle Tennessee Thread

Who am I shooting?  My neighbors?  They are the ones threatening to bb my birds if they don't stay out of their yard.

Yep. Your neighbors. I mean or try to keep my birds out of their yard too but birds are birds.
The dog story was just relevant because they didn't even try to keep it near their house and watched it torture and try to eat my birds thru the fencing

Dang ya'll!
I just saw the coolest thing! I candled one of my turkey eggs that is at 13 days and I actually saw both feet pressed against the shell moving. It was so cool. It moved in a stomping motion. The feet were probably barely smaller than 1/4".

Excited for my first hatch can't wait til the 15th. And after that I'm getting local blue and black french Maran and mille fleur d'uccle eggs to hatch! Yay

Edit: my phone is stupid and changes maran to Marian

Hey there y'all.
Brand new to BYC forum, and owning chickens in general. Actually I'm new to Middle Tennessee too! I'm a transplant from New England and moved down here for work.
Currently I have four RIR chickens that are around six-weeks-old and have just moved into their grown-up coop!

Anyway, glad to meet everyone here!
