Spent the last three days building this grow-out coop, pretty much by myself. My husband was supposed to have the week off with me but ended up having to work. I had 9 almost 6 week old chicks in the garage that needed to get out. And some three week olds that needed to get out of the bedroom and go to the garage. My incubator chicks are one by one going under my broody.

Thanks. I got a good portion done in one day. My husband came home and said he was impressed. That is high praise from him. It made my day. Especially since he thinks I'm a bit too enthused about chickens.

Opinions please, I have 4 BCM's that are two years old and got 2 eggs a month ago and not another egg since. Any idea why? They are in a breeding pen with a rooster and they are the only breed I have that is not laying.
