Lets hope your fertility is good. I just candled eggs from the 14th and must have tossed MOST of the eggs. It must have been too hot..... it was for me LOL. I got 0% on the Bielefelders.

I was thinking the same thing when I put them in because I have rarely seen him covering the hens only time will tell.

Well, looks like my 11 week old barred rock wants to be a rooster after all. He/she has started to crow at 5.30 am. Too bad, he had all the signs of a girl. More black than white, dark down the front of the legs. If any of you are interested....he got his feathers really late (I read somewhere that that's good in barred rocks because it makes the barring better) I'm having trouble uploading a pic from my phone but I can email. Also now I'm looking for a (roughly same age) pullet. Maybe an EE...I'm in Nashville.
