The Middle Tennessee Thread

Here are some photos of my four araucanas. They're straight run - and 4 weeks old. I'm trying to figure out how many boys and how many girls there are. Any opinions? Sorry for the poor quality photos - I had to take them with my phone. Got to get my camera fixed! I'm hoping for at least two pullets.

LOL! You think so? It's funny because Pearl/Plato is the largest and most aggressive - and I've thought all along that Lacey/Lucky was a pullet until I looked at the pictures - and I can sure see roo in the photos - but didn't see it in person.

It is what it is - and I guess if I get one pullet out of the bunch, I won't be too sad - but I sure was hoping for two. I hate to think of rehoming three of them - I'll wait a few weeks until there's no doubt. I should get over my fear of roosters and keep at least one of them and breed my own. I've read so many stories of aggressive roosters - they scare me.

All of the roosters I have now are nice fellas. We had a couple of butt heads, but they are history .
I will not be flogged , it just gets on your nerves.
