I'll see if we can tempt him with some protein shakes. His sweet tooth is gone, so making him milkshakes is not all that tempting. He just nibbles on stuff. He's eating boiled eggs with his breakfast, so that's good. I think if he could ever get home he would be ons better. Being in the hospital just sucks the energy out of you.

Donna, what were those Bantams called again? The egg is marked with an M and Aidan called them leopards. Just want to make sure we call them by the right names. It was really nice to meet you and Doug as well. The whole family loved it and there was a sparkle of my future in Shannon's eye when we left. Beautiful piece of land by the way.

Millie Fleur d'Uccles. My hubby would disagree about the land "too many hills not enough flat land" then he complains about cutting the grass. I love it. We have another creek in the back that is all spring feed

Ok guys I have to sell my chicks that are hatching. How was the sale in Murfreesboro? Worth the drive or not? Suggestion on how to keep them warm. Do I even need to worry since it is going to be near 80 on Saturday. How do you transport chicks.... remember I am new to all this... I was thinking of getting some plastic totes.
