I'll gladly come take care of the problem animal for you. Seriously! I refuse to tolerate the injustice of todays legal system. Those who abide by the law suffer while those who blatantly disregard the law suffer none at all. Pm me an address & discription of said animal, problem solved.
If you don't want me to, at least call the mayor or your local state rep. Tell them what's going on & see if you can get any where that way.

I'm not positive about this, but I *think* that you can legally shoot an animal that is on your property causing harm to livestock or humans. Especially if you have already tried to reason with the owners to keep said animal off your property. Ask about it when you talk to the sheriff.
 
§ 44-17-203. Killing or injuring dogs; defenses

In an action for damages against a person for killing or injuring a dog, satisfactory proof that the dog had been or was killing or worrying livestock constitutes a good defense to such action.

1859-1860 Acts, c. 45, § 3; 1949 Pub.Acts, c. 262, § 1.
