Collinsville, Alabama has chickens every weekend... Would be any different buying from there than the stock yard... They have cochins on quiet a regular basis.. Quiet a few show birds come through there as well, a buddy of mine just picked up a pair or almost perfect wheaton OEGB there... I know there are a couple guys there who deal only in show bird..

Funny you bring Collinsville up, my husband's dads side of the family is from their and he keeps saying we need to go to Trade Days. Matter of fact, my daughter said yesterday while in Calhoun, "we should have just gone to Collinsville"

Probably will try that this coming weekedn, depending of course on the time of the football game! : )

there is two sales in KY. one in fairveiw and one in scottsville. they are HUGE sales.
Ive seen everything there.
i think they are in october.

How do i get NPIP certified. I have been trying to find out for a few weeks now and cant seem to figure it out most of my chickens i bought at TSC or ordered off ebay and hatched them out from npip farms. I have close to 50 chickens. i live in Bethpage.

They will need some water, a table to sorts for the testing equipment, some "chicken rustlers" (usually you unless you have some kids) and $25.

I got my feelings hurt so bad over seeing all the chickens for sale at our fair. I can't wait till all this BS is behind me and we are back on our land where we can have whatever we want outside of our house!
I went over to the old house tonight and sought out Stephanie's and my jewelry boxes. Had to bust both of them open but managed to reclaim some stuff for the First Lady so I will call it a victory.
The person I arranged to come get my LF never showed, and when I was there tonight over half are missing. It really makes me mad that someone I really needed let me down, but I can't really gripe cause overall I'm blessed.
It's all ok for me and my family but my chickens got the muddy end of that stick. I have to gripe here, cause nobody else understands!

Ohhhhh SAM! If I had room I would help you, but I am really busting at the seams. Was this someone you know or someone you found? Did you call them to find out what's up?

I hate it when people don't follow through.

I know how you feel Mattlock, 5 people live here, and rarely do I leave the house very long..but when I do.. I kindly ask if they could at the very least, make sure the birds have water..
I can call, remind them... and come home that night or next day... "Oops, I forgot, Not my fault"....

I let my NPIP expire, but I have a couple of ameraucanas available. They are about 3/4 grown.
