I just got back from the gym and I'm feeling it for sure. I did a lot of upper body workout and did some work on my hips and glutes.

I'll be sore for practice tomorrow that's for sure
Remember to stretch! I always forget and can’t move my ankles the morning after track practice.

I always forget to stretch!! My coach always has us stretch after practice but when I go to the gym for a couple hours and come back home I go right to bed instead of stretching.
