I wouldn't actually. Raising rabbits for show is a lot of work and there's no reward. lol Rabbits are small and relatively cheap to raise compared to a lamb, goat, or steer, so most of the time, there would be hundreds of entries. You show in pens of three so you have to have a large humber to ensure the three are the most alike (weight, length, etc.), and because you're constantly handling them and teaching them how to sit and behave for a judge, grooming, etc, you're constantly getting scratched. I've actually debated getting a pair of Netherland Dwarfs or the little Lops. I forget what breed is actually the smallest one.

Netherland Dwarfs are the smallest. Holland lops are the second smallest. They were bred from English lops, French lops, and Netherland Dwarfs.

I just don't think I would do show rabbits if it's a lot of work. Like if I got to pay to do it probably not
