So for real is there any chance of s even being viable for hatching at these temps? I'm thinking not much.

20 was the low here today. Been hovering around 30 as a low, and 40s as highs.

29 of my 30 eggs from last month were viable. Give a look-see to see if any of the boys are mating…I expected last hatch fertility to be about 50%, so 97% was quite the surprise! Luckily I found a second buyer for the extras.

As long as the shell isn't cracked from being frozen they should hatch.

Picked up a few eggs. Supposed to freeze tonight. Don't want them to freeze. On a bright note, the kelso yard hen has been missing in action for a few days. Haven't seen a pile of feathers so I figured she went broody. Well she was out today bitching up a storm so she's definitely broody. I'm glad I qas right and she didn't get eaten.
