Plug and play type.
I use the wafer thermostat Hovabators for hatchers. Mine are getting old and still work fine but showing their age. That Styrofoam never comes completely clean and isn't the most durable so many a scratch and dent.
Upgraded to the model with better viewing.

Agreed. The styrofoam can get quite ratty looking after a some good use.
