Would curtains maybe work? I might be able to access the curtains we use for family fun night

I don't think you need that then. Typically when people are outside they will distance themselves, especially with a large space.

I'd do it on a Sunday and start it after people are done with church. That's what my swap does.

We had planned on either a Saturday or Sunday with set up 11-12 and the swap 12-2 since we may not have access to restrooms on the property

Sorry, I meant the earliest time I would accept a start, not the best. Noon swaps are probably best, especially if you are selling food.

Ah, okay. Not sure about food since it's small and only for a short time (plus there's a ton of fast food places nearby). I love the idea of a raffle though. Are the prizes usually birds or hatching eggs? Or are they usually other things?

Sometimes, though usually it is poultry related things.
My poultry project leader is very nice and donated chicks from high quality stock in a brooder with supplies for youth to potentially win in the raffle. (Or adults too I suppose.)
