They building any houses anywhere around you all?
I scored some good stuff from one near me. Lots of 3, 4, 5 foot 2X4s and some half sheets of siding and trim.
I did get some full 2x4s too. Lots of new materials for small builds.

Nope. No more legal permanent residence houses can be built in my valley besides on our acreage and one neighbor's
