Hi. Welcome. Ya figured it was about time to make my own thread instead of slipping pics in your thread all the time.
Wouldn't mind you posting a few of yours here. Show some of these guys what a beautiful pattern you came up with. :)

I have Single Comb White Leghorns and Rose Comb Dark Brown Leghorns. Sorry not a good picture.

I don't mind the blurry pic. A lot of mine are too. Discovered the lens on my phone camera is scuffed all to h£ll.
We go way back I remember you and your birds from a leghorn thread. Wasn't it you that had that scruffy white male that you bred up to the beautiful whites you have now?

Probably, but he died. I went out one morning and he must have had a heart attack he was upside down so must have had one while on the roost. The one in the photo in the above post got reserve champion at the last show I went to. This year I'm going to enter my Rose Comb Dark Brown Leghorns.

I don't why I invited you to share pics instead of pointing everyone to your thread.

Chickat is pretty modest so I'll have to call her out.
We also go back quite a bit here.
There were a few that got interested in putting the Isabel pattern from the leghorn onto the CCL to produce a barred Isabel pattern that would be auto sexing.
While the others were interested in keeping with the legbars I was going a different route and keeping mine 100% leghorn. That put me a little behind since I didn't have a crele type to add lavender I had to bring the barring from a black bird then get the duckwing pure, the barring pure and the lavender pure. She thought it would be interesting with the different routes to the same conclusion.
I'm still trying to get there and she has a finished product. Beautiful birds so go check them out.
The most interesting thing about her is that although I didn't see it as that hard of a project I believe she was a complete novice to a project like that.
The fascinating thing was she started a thread and took everyone on a step by step and then some ride with her.
It is uncommon for someone working on a project to create something new like that and share every detail from start to finish.
She did a wonderful thing and a wonderful job.
Its a great look into a breeding project so go check it out.
