I had better luck with my Leghorns looking nice than my Cochin this year

Yes, the type from that hatchery is awful. A bit like Lavender Opringtons. They make me gag.

He’s a pretty bird. I’m probably not going to hatch anymore until late January. I have several people that say they want some RIRs but I’m going to see if that holds true. My BCs are a long way from laying so I’ll be waiting to see on those. I’m tiptoeing into those waters.

yea, this was supposed to be a sexed pullet

Finally got my refund for Iggy….yeah. He’s so flighty, it’s unreal. You look at him wrong and he’s taking off in the other direction. My white leghorn hens were never that flighty when they were his age.
