The Moonshiner's Leghorns

Y’all pray for me please. I am not well. I have my certification board exam scheduled for this weekend and of course as per usual with my luck we are expecting a big arctic snow storm in my area to start, when you ask? The day of my exam. If it hits, my exam will likely be cancelled and postponed. My anxiety feels like I am being hunted for sport and I am having trouble sleeping.

Prayed for you!

We got you, KF! ❤️🙏❤️

Funny story: my husband was out predator-proofing part of the barn for my chickens. I had just let the silver leghorn pullets and cockerel out to mingle a few hours before. He called me because the pullets were apparently picking on the cockerel and had him cornered in a kennel but I misunderstood and thought the big hens were picking on the pullets in general so told him to put them back in their kennels. I went out to lock them up and the poor cockerel was all alone and the pullets in a different kennel. Asked my husband about it and heard the full story…like the part where he gave the cockerel “a little cuddle” cause he felt bad for him 🤣🤣🤣 Mr “Damn Chickens” is out there cuddling them when I’m not looking.

You need to put a camera up so you can see what's really going on out there. And I don't mean about the chickens not getting along.
