The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

Charlie ducked, his eyes widening as he watched the dagger stick itself into the wall behind him. "Woah! Yeah, that's not her!" He said, stating the obvious. He then realized he couldn't see his hands; he'd automatically gone invisible, though it had been too late to prevent the shifter from using him as target practice.
The shifter ran off back rob the cabin where it preceded to get pinned down by Haddie

'I have no intention of hurting your human,' Kit inched forward carefully, and it looks as if she had a grin on her muzzle. 'Can he understand you? Can you tell him that I don't want to hurt him?"
‘No. I believe you. I still don’t trust you. Don’t get closer.’ Rylie begrudgingly uncurled his tail and let Kyle go. He began to rise slowly, claws outstretched, his hind end in the end as he let every vertebrae in his spine crackle. He gave Kyle a long, slow blink before sitting up with his tail curled around him gracefully.
It turned walking away from Blair. I need to lay More traps slow this group down. It hurried up the staircase pulling up floor boards and hiding Knives in secret compartments in the walls so if they trip that then they get that

Blair snapped out of nowhere, lunging forward and slamming it against the wall without an ounce of mercy. Her eyes glowed a furious golden, her pain momentarily forgotten. "Where's Ellie?" She hissed breathlessly, her face inches from it's face. "What do you want with my group?"

“Leave me alone!” ‘Ellie’ pushed back with strength only a magical being could withhold not a 14 year old girl

Haddie leaped off of Cam's shoulder, shifting midair into a tiger, and pounced on the evil not-Ellie, growling menacingly.

“What the heck? Oh well that’s just great a shapeshifter and a ware wolf” fake Ellie snarled.

Haddie snarled, not moving from atop the girl. Ellie saw me shift.

Charlie became visible behind them, grabbing the knives scattered all other the floor. How the heck did she even get all these?! Or does she spontaneously create knives?

‘Ellie’ whirled sending one spinning at his head

Ellie pushed the cupboard door open “yaaaa” she toppled out and hurried down the corridor. “Haddie. Who is that?” She Asked

“Hey! Don’t hur- That’s not Ellie,” Cam said. Who is that?
“You were right! I was wrong! The words spilled out as Cam stood, frozen and trembling, white spots lacing her vision as she imagined a knife slicing her flesh. Ick.
“Who are you? Why do you look like Ellie... how do you know what she looks like?” The words were barely whispers as the realization fell over her like a drifting linen sheet. “If you’re... you are here, where’s Ellie?”
~
“Stop right there!” Kyle had miraculously regained his composure as he reburied his cynophobia. He looked splendid on Rylie’s furry back.
“What are you doing?” he demanded, throwing the world’s most concentrated glare at the girl pinned beneath Haddie.

“Leave me alone!” ‘Ellie’ pushed back with strength only a magical being could withhold not a 14 year old girl
Blair slammed her harder against the wall, a hand wrapping around her throat tightly. Her eyes flashed a menacing golden as the wolf stepped forward, and when she spoke her voice was rough, dark and low. "Alright, sweetheart," she snarled, a grin spreading across her face. "Tell us where Ellie is." Her face was less then an inch from the creatures face. "Or else."

Take wandered through the halls a bit, whistling along while searching some of the deserted rooms. He strictly remembered the staircase that would lead him back to the group. After a while of looking and calling for Kipp and Fred, he stumbled upon a little lizard. He picked it up quickly before it sprinted off and disappeared forever.

He smirked down at it while he held in in between his fingers, “Do you know where Kipp and Fred are little dude?” he laughed. The lizard grew hostile in his grasp and shot a little fiery flame at him, which caused Take to curse and drop it immediately.

The lizard hissed at him once before scattering away in between some stones.

Take frowned as he watched it, “Freaky little piece of..” he growled, fumed by its attempt to burn his face. He kept searching through the rooms, annoyed and bitter. He sat on one of the beds, then proceeding to lay himself back.
Just by laying there for a moment put him to sleep, something he didn’t mean to do.

“Hey Taco, whatcha doing here? Weren’t you supposed to be finding those runts?”

Take found himself on his bed in his apartment. He gazed around, looking straight at the demon who returned to its smaller size. It was sitting on a chair by his computer, a wide devilish smile spread on its face.

“You’re not gonna get out, not right now” Take hissed, his muscles tense.

“I don’t plan to, not till that wolf girl is gone. She ruins everything” the demon sighed, throwing their arms up, “She ruins my fun”

Take laughed, “Good then” he got up, stepping towards the demon and kicked him out of his chair.

The demon whined exaggeratedly, falling to the ground in slow motion, then proceeding to roll around, its tail wrapped around itself.

Take claimed his chair, folding his arms and staring down at the childish demon.

“Why are you scared of Blair?” he questioned.

The demon sat up quickly, “I don’t fear her, like I told you, she’s full of yucky romantic emotions and she didn’t let me have my hour to do what I wanted” it pouted, sticking its tongue out in disgust.

“You really sound like a kid, like, my kid or something..” Take muttered under his breath, “Can’t you be a mature demon or something? I deal with enough kids already” he added, rubbing his head.

The demon scowled at him, then began to laugh out loud wildly before it began, “Oh Tahkay, I’m only in this childish state because it’s what you despise the most. Plus.. you certainly have a LOT of childhood trauma.. so.. perfect”

Blair snarled indignantly, whipping around violently to see the creature holding Ellie. For once, the crueler side of Blair was shocked silent, the normal Blair inside her screeching to be let out, and the even more wolf-y side howling with all it's might.
What happened next was to fast for a normal eye to see.
Despite her injuries, Blair moved faster then a bolt of lightning. A hand ripped the knife from the creatures grasp, a shoulder slamming into the real Ellie to get her away and her uninjured foot slamming full force into the creatures stomach.
Blair took a step back, out of breath and eyes burning with pain, knife grasped in her hand. "You have two choices. Leave, and you won't be subjected to a horrible death, or stay, and be subjected to a horrible death," she looked at the knife, twirling it between her long, clawed fingers. "Your choice."

Ellie fell to the ground with a yelp. “I see. So that’s how you want to play your cards. Very well. If I find those kids consider them dead. I’m bound to find them before you do.” It morphed back into the cloaked figure and swept out the room. Ellie sat there looking gobsmacked “What was That about?”

"I wouldn't be so sure of yourself, sweetheart!" Blair snarled after the figure, letting the knife clatter to the ground. "This is a game now. A game that I will win, whether you expect it or not," her voice was low, as if she was talking to herself more then anything. She felt the normal Blair trying to creep forward, but she shoved her out of the way. She swept her gaze over the group, before they landed on Kyle. She strode forward, and even though she limped, she carried an air of confidence surrounding her. "Little man," she cooed softly. "Would you like me to go find the little brats, or..." She straightened, beckoning to the group. "Send one of the incompetent members of your pathetic squad to find them? It would be quite a shame if the brats died due to this groups lack of actually skill or bravery, you know. Even if I highly dislike them, just give me your word and I will find them in a few minutes flat." She gave a slightly childish laugh that didn't quite fit the growling voice the wolf side of her took on. "Or I'll just do it without your word, either way. I don't need anyone's approval."

Haddie released not-Ellie as the werewolf snarled at it. She watched, surprised, at the ruthless nature of the beast. "I vote she goes," shifting back onto a human, "cause, while I think you're pretty cool, I know enough about werewolves to know that the wolf side can be a bit chaotic, which is great when tracking killer body copiers!" She added hastily, seeing the glare Blair gave her. "Also, just for the record, I wanna say that I can't do that. Steal bodies I mean. Cuz that's just weird." She looked distasteful after the retreating beast.

Take glowered at the little demon momentarily before throwing his head back, sighing.

But.. you know what excited me...?” The demon asked in a sing-song voice, playing with its feet cheerfully, beaming with ill-intent.

When Take didn’t reply, the demon snapped, “HEY!

“What?” Take snapped back, lowering his head.

“That wolf inside of Blair.. it’s almost like me... but I’m more funner” the demon giggled, “I would like to amuse myself with it, it’d be way better than dealing with Blair. Plus, it’s boring manipulating feelings...”

Did it really just say ‘funner’

Take shook his head, “No way, no way, that is not happening. You’ll just end up hurting her, and she’s already injured as it is!” his voice rising in frustration, opposing the demons idea.

The demon threw itself back on the ground, waving its arms and legs on the carpet as if it were making snow angels, “Taco, you can’t decide that. I get what I want, no matter what. The next time that wolf comes out, I come out too”

“Quit calling me Taco, you know that isn’t my name” Take growled, coming over to the demon and grabbing the collar of its shirt. “But I swear, if you even hurt her..” he shut his eyes tightly, his head moved to the side.

The demons head dangled from being lifted up a little, tiredly looking upside down.

“I dunno, we’ll see.. but I won’t let her try to hurt me” it replied stubbornly. It’s head shot up, staring Take straight in the face even if he wasn’t looking.
“Wake up, fool” it flicked the side of Take’s forehead with its nails.

Take’s eyes fluttered open, sitting up slowly as he let out a yawn.
“Damned demon..” he snarled
He slid off the bed, stretching his arms and back then heading out of the room.
