The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

She fell to the ground. So this is what battle feels like she thought leaping up you have so much power Ellie. Use it for the good of others. Her dads voice before he died bounced around her head. She mustered all her strength, she shot a death defying glare at the root sending powerful lasers slicing though the root holding Take.
(Hehe “With great power comes great responsibility” I’ll reply to this in the morning, going to bed now)

"Are we missing someone else?" Blair approached her, tilting her head. "Take ran off. I can track them, bring them right back, if you like. Shouldn't take too long, they couldn't have gone far."
"Yeah, if you think you can find them, you can go looking for them," Kyle said. "The rest of you, stay here," he said sternly. "We need to stick together." Honestly thought that was a no-brainer. Supervising children obviously wasn't his strong point.

(I think I need to get rid of Annie. I've got a lot going on IRL can't really keep up with 2 charries. Can barely do 1.)
"OH! but I'm pretty fast on wing, and small enough I should be able to avoid the trees. I can help look." Annie suggested.

(You can’t! Even though I have these problems too!)
I literally just told them one person. I can’t let someone persuade me otherwise. But wings would be useful... “Fine! You can go! But nobody else!” Kyle snapped.
Cam was rather glad of this. The forest was dark and foreboding. She’d been in a forest at night before. It was like walking through ink full of sketchy roots and branches and potentially dangerous unknown creatures. I don’t even know what lives in Scotland.

(Nnnnnggghhh, but... Alright, I'll do what I can, but most of my posts will be between 11pm and midnight my time, if I'm still awake. Things should HOPEFULLY be back to normal around here in November.)

Annie nodded, and jumped into the air her wings beating fast. "We better hurry, I'll be useless in the dark." She shifted her weight forward and buzzed toward the wall of black trees. She stopped almost immediately, she hadn't realize it would be darker in the forest. "Uhhh, Sorry, I can't actually see in here at all." She said to Kyle. "I guess I should stay behind."

Blair nodded. "Listen to Kyle, people! Stay put until I get back!" She looked over the group, eyes flashing a feral golden. She looked back at the woods, and let her senses run wild until she caught the scent of Take and Ellie, and went racing into the woods with no caution.
This way, that way, around a tree, under clumps of brambles, over a fallen log...Take's scent was strong, but it zig-zagged horribly, and already she had lost Ellie's trail. She didn't falter in her strides, though, running as fast as her legs could carry her, whilst still having the scent.
She didn't pause when she heard a scream, and picked up Ellie's trail again when it mingled with Take's. She faltered in her stride when she burst into the clearing where they currently where, Take literally hanging from a tree.
She blinked, watching as Ellie severed what held Take to the tree, and he fell. "Oh, my God," she muttered under her breath.
Instead of showing concern, though, she stalked up to them. "Now you see what happens?! You see what happens when you do something so moronic as to run off in a unknown place?! I warned you, Take, and you refused to heed that warning, and look what happened! You are so lucky that Ellie happened to be here, or who knows what could have happened to you!"
After her snarled rant, she took a step back, panting, realizing she had momentarily let the wolf take control over her emotions. "Are the two of you alright?"

Take groaned as he lifted himself up, feeling a warm liquid on his upper lip. He reached to touch it and gazed at it. There was blood on his finger tips.
The branches and roots retreated for now, but would be back shortly after Ellie’s attack.

Take messed up his face at her, criticizing his impulsive actions. He heated up quickly, anger filling him. He wanted to yell, shout so many horrid things about how he could’ve been fine if either of them weren’t around him, and how he could’ve obiliterated the entire forest if he wanted to. But alas, he didn’t, he just took a deep sigh and got up on his feet after unraveling the roots around his legs.

He was solely running on adrenaline now, he wiped the blood that collected on his lip with his hand. He had scrapes and cuts on his wrist and torso from the roots and branches. The shards of wood had grazed his face when he tore them apart.

“I’m fine. We just need to get out of here before the tree’s attack again..”

"You aren't fine, you're hurt." Blair crossed her arms over her chest, her tone sharp. "But we do need to get out of here. Let's go." She jerked her head sharply to the side, indicating the way that they came, and was already starting to go back.
