The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

Take gazed up at stairwell that this new room introduced them to.
I think I’m really starting to hate stairs now.
He started to a feel a random throbbing in his right arm. Almost a burning sensation emitted from it. He took his left hand and traced up to it, where he felt something hard and sharp.
Did I seriously get stung..
He yanked out the stinger quickly and stared down at it with a burning hatred. Cursing, he threw it on the ground and felt behind his right tricep where the stinger was. From what he could feel, it was obviously raised and hotter from the rest of his skin.

“Ow,” Cam moaned. A couple of dying bees floated to the ground.
A throbbing pain came from her hand, abdomen and leg. She hated getting stung. “Do I seriously have to take those stingers out?” Bee guts were still atatched to the ends of the stingers. Fortunately, the one on her abdomen didn’t stuck because of her sweatshirt and another shirt beneath it.
“Ew,” she extracted the embedded stingers. “Owwwww...”

(I'm a gonna assume everyone is in the doorway with them.)
"Close the doooor!" Kyle howled. Cam slammed the door shut and leaned against it hard, gasping, as though the bees could somehow muscle their way in.
"I think we musta killed their queen to cause them to go after us like that." She felt the sting of more bees and swatted the rest away, retreating up the stairs to lick her wounds. (Figuratively lol, she's not gonna lick the stingers)

Kyle was, fortunately, unharmed, spared by a fluffy feline shield. The one time he had been stung by a bee caused him sickness and discomfort, the poison was a lot for his tiny body. He didn't want a repeat of that scenario.
"Let's go, Rylie." He gently nudged the cat and pressed him against the wall, edging along with a fluffy barrier on his left side.
As he came to the foot of the stairs, Kyle hurriedly mounted and forced Rylie to start running.

Ellie looked at the ground embarrassed. She hadn’t meant to upset the queen bee and cause it to chase her leading to the bees eventual death. She shuddered at the thought

Once everyone reunited and a bounding Rylie went up the stairs, Take started as well. His ears focused on any triggering sounds from the steps while he observed the others. He noticed the various stings on Cam, although it wasn’t obvious to see any redness on her dark skin, the raised bumps gave him the impression of where the stingers were. While he was left with one sting on his tricep that radiated a lot of heat.
This reminds me of that one time where I climbed up a tree at school, and there was a huge wasp nest. Which didn’t end very well.. for the wasps..

Kyle allowed Rylie to slow down as a spear flew overhead and Cam started up the stairs.
That was when Rylie began to deliberately slow down. He flattened his ears to his head and began sniffing every step. “Hur-“
Clunk.
That wasn’t a click. Then he heard a thunderous noise above him and realized that the stairs didn’t actually have a light at the end of the tunnel. Just a big, rolling ball, filling up every part of it and accelerating fast.
“Everyone clear the stairwell!”

That was moments before Kyle and Rylie were turned into pancakes.
As Cam heard the thunderous noise, she didn’t question that it was the several ton ball that starred in at least one of the Indiana Jones movies.
Cam threw herself down a side hallway and waited, hoping the others hadn’t yet attempted to climb the stairs.
But where’s Kyle and Rylie? He’s gone, isn’t he?
She peered into the gloom, but all she could see was the big rolling ball, and Take.

Take stared emotionlessly at the incoming several ton ball that was escalating down the stairs towards the group. His face turned serious as he went down to the base of the stairs, stretching his arms and shaking off any stiffness in his hands.
“Everyone get in the hallway with Cam!” he demanded from where he stood. He made sure his stance was strong, he knew how fast this ball was coming, it could break into the hallway as well and even collapse the stone ceiling when it collided.

Clary had barely made it inside before someone had closed the door. She checked herself over for stings, pleased when she found none.
As Kyle and Rylie walked up the stairs, Clary followed a few steps behind them. Why doesn’t that room have a light? Is it a winding staircase? She wondered, but Kyle’s small scream answered her questions. “A boulder? Are we portaling through shows and movies? First Supernatural, now Indiana Jones. What’s next?!” She said, throwing herself off of the stairs and against the wall. As she noticed Kyle and Rylie were no where to be seen, she paled. “Please not Pet Sematary.” She whispered. She remembered convincing one of her friends to watch it with her when they were younger, and she had seriously regret the idea afterwards.

Blair had still been at the bottom of the stairs, ushering Fox and Kit in front of her, when a thunderous crashing reached her ears.
She saw Take, heard Take's orders, yet she couldn't move a muscle as everyone crammed into the hallway. Her back slammed against the wall as she forced herself against it, her body as flat as she could make it.
Her heart was roaring viciously, her nails digging into the cracks between the stones in the wall, her eyes screwing shut as the boulder came crashing down.
There was a vociferous, thunderous Bang! As the boulder collided with the door, missing Blair by a mere inch. The floor growled and shook violently beneath her as the door was knocking down, and the boulder continued on its way, leaving the entire staircase trembling in it's wake.
