I elevated mine on top of a role of duck tape then put a paper plate under the feeder that gives it about a 1/2 in lip that catches 79% of all the food that they spill

How do y'all train your chickens to drink from chicken nipples

Ive wondered the same thing????? Ive heard alot about the nipples leaking as well?

No training needed. They peck at the metal an learn in minutes.

They do drip sometimes. Not what I would call a leak cause it only does it after a chicken drinks. What ever it is siting on will get wet though.
