Ok, Here is my story.

I ordered Araucana banty, Partridge Rock banty, Silver Pencil Rock banty and Rhode Island Red banty from McMurray.

I got them all one day after they hatched. It has been great raising them.

They are now 12 weeks old.
I almost have everyone figured out. Breed and sex

I think I have 15 Roos and 11 hens. Some of the Roos are crowing so I really have them figured out!

I am first going to post one picture to see how it comes out and I will post the others next.

In the picture, look at the one standing up tall. That is a mystery guy. I think he is a partridge BUT his head is different than ANY of the other 25.
He has no waddles growing and no comb growing. I told my husband he is part turkey buzzard. What do you all think?

Oh how I wish Mystery Man was a she! HE is crowing so that mystery is solved. LOL!
He has a very deep voice and the sickest sounding crow ever!

I kept thinking he just had to be a hen, no comb AT ALL. Completely flat and no wattles either. Weird.

Tomorrow I will try to get a better photo of him. He is really a skitzo. You will see with a better photo that he really does look different than the rest.

Thanks for the compliment on my flock. I love them! Just wish my ratio was more hens than roos.

Doesn't look like a roo to me either I think its a hen. I have one rooster that has very small waddles and his cone is not as large as his hatch mates. I think its because of the big rooster who bullies the rest. Hes hiding the fact hes a male.
