She didn't really make it clear either way. I've re-read it 3 times now. It makes much more sense that they were from someone who got them from green fire farms..

It wouldn't make sense if it was actually Green Fire, because they are so far away.. I did not know where they were located until after I assumed she meant Greenfire - and I went to look it up.

I have seen some pretty terrible pens for birds.. Way too confined... Never encountered any without any water though.

They seem better today. They have not stopped eating. I am not sure if I should free feed or not.
The last three days they have eaten more than 10 birds would eat. Drank too
I think they are afraid they are not going to get another meal.

Beautiful birds. I'm curious wont chickens stop eating when they are full? Even if they were starved? I wouldnt think they would overeat till they made them sick?

I have no idea..I have no experience with this. Makes me a little sad and really mad. they are expensive birds. Why invest all that money and smash them in a little building, no ventilation, and no water. They all attacked my boots when I walked in. He was mad because I let them out. I was like..these poor birds need sunlight and water..they just stood in the snow and just scarfed the snow. I told him to go get water and he was afraid to leave me with his birds. I would have been too. I wanted to take them all. I was not very nice at all.

People like that don't deserve to raise animals. Makes me very upset..

They are beautiful birds. They don't 'look' underfed. The girls look like they 'should' be laying. When is your friend getting them? Maybe a week in your hospital ward and they'll be laying it up.

Did you pay greenfire price?

Thanks for the clarification. It was hard for me to get. Green Fire birds....NOT birds from Green Fire Farm. Got it.

*Gah!* I'm glad you got there when you did del. Those birds lacking water was a death sentence. There are some people that are brain damaged. Like the people that have puppy mills. They don't see the damage and pain they are creating. They have a sickness to collect and hoard animals.
