I've heard that Canadians don't call Canadian bacon "Canadian bacon", but...what do you call it? back bacon? loin bacon?

But my favourite is Maple Bacon.

I call all pork bacon, just bacon. There's also turkey bacon. lol

You all make us sound from different planets! lol. I like plain bacon to eat with breakfast. Canadian bacon is excellent in other dishes, I presume because of the fat. My ex loved eating the Canadian just out of the fry pan. Both are yummy!

Canadian bacon -- if you're in the U.S. -- is cured pork loin. "Regular" bacon is cured pork belly. One's mostly lean and one is mostly fat.

I prefer Canadian Bacon! Costco is the only place to buy it...never buy it in the grocery store. I can't even eat "regular" bacon any more.
