I missed this?! What is the world coming to?AUCTION - 12+ project Opal (aka Isabel) Legbar hatching eggs
View attachment 1646445
Eggs are from Opal pullets covered by "split" roosters. Chicks will hatch either Opal or "split".
An Opal is a Legbar having two copies of the lavender gene.
A "split" is a Legbar having one copy of the lavender gene. These look like standard Legbars, but will produce Opals if paired with either an Opal or a "split". I have used both cream and golden crele Legbars in the project. "Splits" produced will be some of each.
Auction starts at $50 and ends Sunday morning 10:00 am CST. I have two lots available. Winner can choose to take one or both lots. Winner to add $20 to cover postage and packing materials for either one or both lots.
Ships from near Kansas City, MO. NPIP AI clean. Eggs ship Tuesday. PayPal only, no echecks.

Anyone ever want to try hatching Mandarin Duck Eggs? I plan to buy White Mandarin eggs from a trusted Ebay Seller and swap the eggs my Mandarins (Standard Color) lay with them. I will be getting Adult Muscovies in the next couple of weeks, who are already laying so I'll have Muscovy Hatching eggs for sale in about a month.
