I hate to say it, but no I am not. But I have shipped a ton of eggs bfr this across all different state borders, and there are, and have been absolutely no issues.

I would work on that, it can put other states at risk .

Other than it is completely illegal and you run the risk of spreading disease across the country..

I am fairly sure the person that brought the bird to California that started the Newcastle our break was as confident as you are it was safe..

Or the avian flu outbreak a couple years ago, which we all test for now...

I am actually surprised BYC even allows you to advertisers knowing they could be liable and implicit in an illegal activity like you do.

I don’t see anything in the BYC rules that says the seller must be npip. Is this something that is just taken for granted that all sellers are npip?
