OK, I think I have an offer figured out as to what I'm going to do
Auction ends Wednesday May 29 at 3:00 PST
Offer #1 Starting bid is $20 and shipping is $15
1 Doz plus extras of what is laid today from the following pens. And none of my birds are hatchery birds. I've either hatched out eggs from some of the best breeders around or have bought birds from them. . Keep in mind you may not get eggs from one of the pens. Depends on the girls.
Marans There are FBCMs = Bev Davis lines Blue Copper from Lotsapaints Denny Thomas Cuckoo Marans (got the eggs from a raffle at the Stockton show 2 years ago, from birds being shown) These hens are in with Davis FBCM roosters, so you can get pure Black or Bue Coppers from them and possibly Golden Cuckoo Marans. You won't know till they hatch
Silver Penciled Plymouth Rocks My girls have been shown in Stockton and received 1st and 2nd Res, just before they came to live with me
Lavender Ameraucans My hens are Ribbeck and Smith, one full Ribbeck, with a Smith roo over them.
BBS Ameraucanas Blue roo over blue hens from Rockinpaints lines
Welsummers Been a while, so these are basically my lines now and I'm working with a roo to add speckles to these eggs.
I had some problems with the Marans that seems to be clearing up now. They were eating eggs! Did get a couple yesterday, so I hope that's over.
Offer #2 1 Doz plus extras Starting bid is $12 plus $15 shipping
F2 Olive Eggers covered by a Wellie Roo
EEs These are in my lavender egg project pen. Basically they are EEs and although I haven't gotten a lot of them, some of these birds are my girls that produced my F1 lavender layers. I have a young roo from my original pair that produced my girls and I'm trying to find out it he throws that egg color. There are several pure bred hens in this pen of different breeds, but also some that I bred to see if I can get a deeper lavender. Also some white egg layers to see what he is throwing hopefully. Time will tell! You may also get a rose color. Lots of people telling me that the lavender eggs can't be produced and it's the bloom, but I've had these girls for 2 years now. I've lost 2 of them and I'm guarding these birds and their eggs like a hawk. They are still lavender after removing the bloom. Even one a year and I'm happy. I'd love to hear that someone else hatches them out, so you can share pics.
If you've gotten eggs from you, you know I try to add plenty of extras.
