Feathered shanks and outter toe, copper around the neck, perfect green/purple sheen and beautiful body shape, so far heat tolerant.
These are a combo of reg and pullet eggs. Some just started laying about 3 weeks ago. They hatched in January and I can't believe they've started laying already! Egg color is beautiful and fertility has been tested and proven. If anyone is interested in trying them out? I hate to eat them, but no more hatching for me this year!
I wrap each egg in bubble wrap and nestle them snugly and securely. I haven't had an egg break yet!
Here is a pic of color next to some regular brown and a light brown egg.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but there is no specific post count restriction for this thread. You only need to have the 20 required by BYC to participate in the BST section. Looks like you are good to go to me.

Do you know, I have no idea what you would call it? They're kind of speckled/barred, at least the roos are, with that fabulous black and white harlequin tail. The girls can range from solid red to very speckled that I've seen. I love Goldie -- she's my red girl with almost a columbian-pattern gold sheen around her neck. I love the small variations!
See, you learn something new every day! I didn't know barnevelders were auto-sexing! Yeah, the autosexing function is one of the reasons I love the rhodebars so much. That and their productivity -- they're great daily layers, and pretty!!!
Thanks, Evanowski! And guys, I'm sorry, when I posted this I got scrambled and thought yesterday was Friday, so when I said to end noon Saturday, I meant today. D'oh! Sorry about that So Brad, you won this batch. I'll post another auction probably late next week
