How much are you asking for the split eggs?

I'm not real sure yet...let me see what exactly we have out there before I commit....also...there are folks with those types of eggs up for bid right now....so out of respect for them...I think I just need to make sure what I have first before I offer something for auction or BIN...at this particular time. Any way ya cut it SA eggs of any type full or split are hard to come by! We need to get as many out there as possible for the birds themselves.... Gotta try and get some ics together also...

Shoot I can grind a swap to a complete halt!! Lol trust me I've done it...got to the point I just stopped swapping...you were gonna bid on my eggs to make me feel better? That IS the sweetest thing ever!!! I can't tell you how kind I think that is...I really did think that I just had stuff no one wanted...I REALLY think my health is depressing me...hahaha I'm having my own pity party ... I am not prone to depression normally...YIKES. Anyhow thank you it is greatly appreciated. Just don't want to upset or step on anyone's toes.. Maybe I will just get my daughter to take some pics and list a bunch of stuff and see how it goes..not everyone's, everything sells anyhow.. sorry to sound like a big baby.

Sound awesome! Here's one for ya..I had forgot that in our huge selling spree that the two blue hens that went in the "flock" package of blue AM's...they were the ones in that pen. They are gone. rolleyes: Now the silkied splash OE split and the silkied blue OE split from catkia are the only two still in with my full silkied roo.... Now the good news is those eggs would have a 75% chance of being silkied....right? Cause the OE are split to silkied and the roo is all silkied....think I got that right....the other 25% would be split... First time with the OE's which is confusing me,thanks Kim! Lol OH OH OH one of the OEs laid a gorgeous smallish olive green little egg....lol...And my daughter has found the other OE hen had ran away to live with the blue marans next door! Bet she is laying too! Sigh so she has possibly cross contaminated herself...jeeeeez.

Maybe I should get someone to do some test hatches for me...see what we are getting from that pen...I am so not wanting to hatch I justcan't right now...unless I ran up with wheaten eggs....then broodies....that is all. I swear

I wrap each egg in bubble wrap and nestle them snugly and securely. I haven't had an egg break yet! These are great hatchers. I've hatched about 50 in the past month and I am done for the year. Fertility has been 90 to 100% and hatch rate about 80 to 90% here at the farm. They're beautiful, fluffy, and easy to look at. Great layers and don't mind being around children.
