I'm debating throwing up a dozen plus silkie/showgirl eggs. The problem is, its 90 degrees here. I'm scared of selling someone cooked eggs.

Has anyone had good hatches with high summer temps? Is that the reason this thread has slowed down?

I want to expand my showgirl flock but honestly I can't/won't pay much over the cost of freight because its hot.

So how does a hen raise humidity? Just by not getting of the eggs the last three days is enough?

I have been having good luck with my hatches from my own and shipped eggs put them up I may bid on them depending on the price
