Grrr, the postal service can be so frustrating. I can only laugh about it a year later - but, last spring I purchased hatching eggs from Georgia. Four boxes worth, sent priority. I am in Kansas. Two boxes made it within somewhat reasonable time (not 2-3 days though), one box showed up within the next week after it had been sent to the wrong post office and sent back to Kansas City for "re-sorting." The 4th box I kept tracking and tracking and tracking. It was lost in the unknown for about a month, then showed up in the Kansas City sorting center but nothing after that. My local post office had put out a search for it early on and then eventually filed a claim. The box never showed up and the claim was never addressed!

I had one going from IL to Iowa took the long route through Puerto Rico . Took 2 weeks to show up. No scans in between.

The package I sent Cayuse Ranch said it never left my PO until it showed up again as delivered in the tracking system. I am starting to wonder if taping over the SKU interferes with the barcode being scanned properly. Unfortunately, I don't have it in me to wait in line at the PO to ask.. I always print my labels at home. The next package I send, I may try to keep the bar code clear of tape to see if that helps.

This should be on the chat but it's IS BAD to tape over the scan. I used to because I thought " don't get wet..." But it WILL cause problems. Learned that the sad way while shipping eBay items a while back . Tape around the edges of the paper for your labels.

It only dawned on me today that this could be the problem. I have been trying to figure out how a package can make it from Pt. A to Pt. B without showing up in the tracking system. Make better sense now. Thanks.

Ok all I'm going to run this until end of tomorrow as a buy it now (I hope this is ok, if not please let me know!) I have the following all from the last two days. I'm doing $25 a dozen for any mix of eggs plus $15 shipping so total is $40 shipped you can paypal to [email protected] and put a note what it's for just post a response here of what eggs you are taking and I will try my best to keep the list updated. I will post a few pics if you would like more please just let me know! If paid today or tomorrow morning before 10am EST I will ship tomorrow if paid after I will ship out Wed. All payments should be made before 8am EST on Wednesday. I would prefer not to ship more than 12+ eggs (please pick 2 back-up for free eggs so you will pick a total of 14 eggs. You can also do a 6+2 if you need less eggs it would be $15 a dozen plus $10 shipping so $25 per half dozen+

14 Brown Eggs (from a pen with frizzle easter egger hens and pure ameraucana roos) these would probably be the best bet for a frizzle easter egger or frizzle olive egger!
