it was pointed out to me that the rules state a bidder must have 20 posts in order to bid on the auctions as is apparently address on post 1 of this thread. So, I"m guessing you'd better get posting fast… ! I actually don't know all the exact rules. I will look at them again now, but if you are new to the thread I suggest heading over and checking out post 1 to see all the rules.

what do you mean? the user must have X amount of posts total done (mine is in the thousands) or the bidder must post at least 20 times on this thred? (i've only posted 5-8)

bantumbury, I don't think he was talking to you. There were a couple other bidders that only have about 2 posts. I would love to bid myself on #3 but I haven't bought an incubator yet. I'm hoping to hatch some chicks in my classroom for a science project as well as to add to my flock. I guess I don't have enough posts either even though I've read a lot and been a member for a while.

Is this directed at me? I have 147 post, ive bought and swapped on other threads, including with you papa, with no problem. Granted I havent been on in a while due to health issues of my own and others. If it an issue il take my bid down.

Sorry all. I am talking about bidders for my auction that have less than 20 posts on BYC. I am having major access issues with my internet. but I think there are two bidders for my auction that don't have 20 posts. Another person sent me a PM asking to let them know. That's all i"m trying to do. I'm not a moderator on this thread… with good reason, as you can see…

That post is only to inform those with less than 20 posts who are bidding on my auction. Now I'm off to actually re-read the rules on post 1.

Note to people bidding on auctions that have less than 20 bids.

Ideally you should have 20 posts total on any BYC threads to bid, but to win any of these auctions you need 20 posts by the time the auction finishes.
If you are in that situation get posting now!!!!

It will take 5 minutes to get up to 20 posts. They can be very short.
