this is weird. one possibility is that arielles bid is the winner because she posted it first but at the the same time i could win because I posted in the last seconds before 8 meaning i was the last bidder

The way an auction works, you have to OUTBID another bidder before it ends. Posting the same amount as another bidder isn't outbidding them.

To put put the record straight--- in the interest of promoting the Sulmtalers and hopefully gaining another breeder interested in carefully breeding these rare birds, I have passed the win onto FVMR. I contacted Justtruttin early this morning of my request.
