I have a Silkied Lavender Ameraucana roo over Silkied Lavender and Silkied Black split for Lavender Ameraucana girls. All chicks hatched will be Silkied feathered Lavender or Silkied feathered Black split for Lavender. Please know that technically these birds are considered Easter Eggers as Silkied feathering is not an accepted feather type in Ameraucanas and Lavender is not an accepted color for the breed either.

These are project birds that I have been working on for over 4 years now. If you are not familiar with the project these birds come from pure breed Ameraucanas that had a spontaneous feather mutation...no Silkies involved with this project whatsoever! You can read more about and get involved with the project here https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/827543/silkied-ameraucana-project

Egg color is improving and ranges from blue to bluish green to greenish

You could do that but bear in mind that an egg's fertility decreases after ten days of age and it has less of a chance of hatching. With only one hen the very maximum amount of eggs you would be able to send at a time would be five, because that would make the oldest egg five days old at the time it was sent plus up to four days of shipping (priority mail takes 1-4 days to arrive) plus one day of sitting when it arrives to make it ten days old when it goes into the incubator. Even then that would be pushing it and most people would prefer fresher eggs. And that of course is only if you do get an egg a day every day for five days - hens usually take a break from laying so the chances are unless you have a high production breed that won't happen. Hope this explanation makes sense :)
