The NEW Crazy 24hr AUCTION thread

AUCTION! Starting bid is $60! NPIP & AI tested flock! Ends Sunday, January 22 @8pm eastern. Thanks!

12+ CHICKS. 3 of them are Isabel and 3 or 4 are Isabel split leghorns. 7 leghorns total. The rest are Swedish flower hens. There will be extra chicks sent. Shipping will be a flat $60 priority express and they will ship monday. Leghorns are rosecomb and straight comb.

The Swedish flower chicks are all from the greenfire imports and may or may not have crests. I have 2 crested hens in the breeding pen and one was laying when these eggs were set. Any questions please PM me. I will add pics of the chicks as soon as the last 4 hatch. I am not including these 4 unhatched in the 12+ total but if they hatch they will ship.

Leghorn breeders, these are not the nest quality. I ran my old phpne over with a forklift and these are all i have access to now but will try to get some better ones.

Are the flower hens good layers? And do the leghorns lay just as well as the regular whites?

Long time watcher, first time auctioner! I've decided to offer some of my extremely fertile hatching eggs from our mixed flocks. I've been hatching eggs from them since late summer and have been getting 90-100% hatch rates with 100% fertility. I have several breeds in the flock. Hens include Black Australorp, Black Ameraucana, Easter Egger, Olive Egger, Frizzle Olive Egger, Leghorn/Barred Rock, Welsummer, Sulmtaler, Dark Brahma, etc. Flock Roosters include 2 Frizzle Olive Eggers, Black Australorp and Barred Rock/Leghorn. All are large fowl and have proven themselves as prolific year round layers. Eggs will be from a combo of any of the above listed breeds as well as a few from my Buff Orpington pen, and are guaranteed to produce ridiculously cute fluff butts. My last hatch from this flock was probably the cutest and most diverse yet. Out of 21, 3 were frizzled and several were bearded with deliciously poofy cheeks! The main, mixed flock is free range and all are fed Non-GMO feed. Eggs are collect fresh 2-3 times a day and are regularly checked for fertility. Only fresh eggs, collected within 2 days of shipment, will be shipped to ensure viability. Eggs will be individually wrapped in paper towel and bubble wrap, allowing for proper air circulation, and secured in place with shredded paper and packing peanuts, then double boxed and labeled accordingly. It's advised that the winner request a call/hold for pickup.
The eggs are labeled by what hen group they they come from. I will include an equal number of eggs from each group, but if you would prefer more of a certain group, I'll be glad to accommodate where possible. Located in Middle Tennessee.
Starting bid of $10 for 18 eggs. Shipping is $15. Auction ends Sunday at 4:25pm. Eggs will be shipped Monday after payment is received.

I love these! But I can't get any right now. Do you think that in the future you could do certain mixtures for me?

your production white leghorns are always going to outlay any of the other colors. That being said these guys are reliable layers of 220+ eggs a year in my experience. Swedish flower hens typically lay 150 to 200 eggs a year, cream to light brown in color
