We went to bed at 11 pm last night, and Squeakers slept in until 6 am! YAY!!

6am is a time you will get very familiar with! I don't know what it is but that's whren most babies seem to think parents should be up

Me too! Carly goes to bed at 10pm with us... She grunts at around 5am to be fed, then she gets up around 8 to 8:30. I'm waiting for all that to change at the drop of a hat, though....

She is 6 weeks old today... Sheesh, how time flies!

She was also our good luck charm at a show today. One of my Splash Silkie pullets won Best Variety and Reserve of Breed!

Yes, you mommies with little babies need to take over this thread since those of us who now have toddlers on our hands are too busy running after them to keep it going.

I can't believe he's that old already! I remember when we were all preggo. Kinda makes me

I'm totally DONE!

But yesterday I was missing being pregnant - no doesn't mean I want to do it again, I was just missing being pregnant with my little girl! The last month especially seemed to drag by, but here I am 3 weeks later and can't believe in another week she's 1 month! WHERE does that time go?

We've been taking lots of pics, to kind of hold onto the memories....and I keep looking at my older kids, especially my DD who's going to be a teen in the spring...sigh...

Anywho, Carly will be 8 weeks old tomorrow...

It's going way to fast!!! And then on Monday, I will be 37, an even bigger

yea, I guess it goes to show that once you have a little one around you don't have as much time to post on BYC

when I was on maternity leave I was disappointed that the posts are much slower coming on this topic, but now I know why!
Shane is 5 1/2 months old now and got his 1st tooth yesterday. Funny thing is he didn't seem bothered by the one tooth coming in, but now that it has erupted he is cranky. Didn't even know a tooth was on it's way and BAM! it appeared. Kinda disappointed he is teething already since he doesn't sleep through the night yet and last night reminded me of when he was 5 weeks old at the worst of his colic. I was up 11:30pm (normal) and 3am (normal) and 4am and 5am and then I had to get up for work. ohhh this is me at 4am today

I am about to sleep now...goodnite all!
