Should I let the egg get to room temp before placing it small end down in the incubator?

I know people said its to get the air cell in place but if i'm taking off that part of the shell it doesnt really matter right??

I would, otherwise you'll end up with a lot of condensation.

I think now its at room temp, it been sitting out for a few hours.
