I'm not a ghost believer, or so I say, but sometimes stories give me chills.
My oldest brought home an imaginary friend once. My mother stopped at an old house for a garage sale. When we left, my 3 year old insisted on taking her new friend, Shay, home with her. She described her. She had an apron and a bonnet, boots, and blonde hair.
One morning when I was trying to get her little brother asleep, my daughter pointed at the closet shelf, and said "get down Shay!" A couple of photo albums fell off the shelf. It scared me to death. It still gives me chills when i think about it, but I still can't call myself a believer. On the other hand, I'm very superstitious. We left Shay behind when we sold our house. I was relieved.
I'll be looking for that book.

I am not looking forward to the higher electrical bills of summer! PGE is raising rates again to pay off the law suits they lost from causing fires.
